Markets like this are tough to read on a day or intraday basis, but there is plenty of stored energy for a big rally if/when the agreement is finalized.

Please note that no one jumped out of windows in 1929 - this is a myth. We are nowhere near the level of 29, as long as the Fed takes countermeasures to aid liquidity.  We need the bailout for this purpose alone.</description>
